Quite often snakes cause fear and horror and are associated with danger. People are mortally afraid of a sting of snakes, including their poison poisonous. There are many "snake" myths which are only a fruit of human imagination and have under itself no scientific justification.
1. Snakes drink milk.
In one of the detective stories Arthur Conan Doyle developed a thought that snakes drink milk. Soon this thought became conventional. Actually, having given to drink a snake milk it is possible to achieve a lethal outcome as the organism of snakes is not adapted for assimilation of laktozosoderzhashchy products.
2. During attack of a dragon will surely sting.

7. Snakes eat meat.
Generally dragons eat mice, frogs, some species of reptiles. The royal cobra prefers to eat the smaller fellows. At each look the preferences it is also impossible to generalize them.
8. All snakes cold.
Snake – a cool animal. But temperature of her body corresponds to the environment. Without having an opportunity to constantly maintain temperature of the body at the necessary level, snakes like to bask in the sun.
9. Body of a snake slimy.
The body of a snake has no time therefore it cannot be slimy. It is rather on the contrary, to the touch snakeskin pleasant and dry.
10. The snake twists trees.
It is connected with the narration about a dragon tempter which, on a legend, twisted a tree trunk. Actually, snakes creep on a trunk on branches of trees and lands are located there almost in parallel. They just lie on a branch, at the same time without twisting it.
