Cats are by nature carnivorous, a basis of their diet – meat. The balanced combination of a damp and dry cat's feed – a source of necessary nutrients for a healthy diet.
Damp cat food (canned food) is the restored meat or fish in jelly or sauce. It is produced in cans, portion jars or portion bags. The dry feed is granules which can be mixed with meat or to give separately. Some dry feeds contain all necessary substances, and the cat does not need to add a damp forage when she eats dry.
- You contain the place where your cat eats, in purity. Put feeding troughs on a plastic mat or a ceramic tile. Process this place every day antibacterial means. Wash bowls for a forage and water every day to avoid reproduction of bacteria.

- Do not leave a damp forage in a bowl until it does not dry up. It is better to put gradually that the cat ate everything while it is fresher. In warm season it is better to feed a cat more often, but portions have to be less.
- Give to a cat useful delicacies of times or two in a week. Choose the delicacies with vitamins or promoting clarification of teeth.
