With arrival of summer the danger of stings of pincers increases. These insects can wait not only in the forest area, but also in the city. They have unusual intuition and can instantly "rush" on an animal or the person as soon as those approach it.
Pincers are most active from April to September, but many of them can, having endured the first frost, again to become more active. They love a cool and try to live in those places where the sun does not scorch and temperature does not exceed a threshold in +20 °C. Pincers have the small size, in a hungry state length does not exceed them 4 mm, at the same time females are a little larger than males. Sting of a tick
