Many experts consider that cats need to be washed only as a last resort (if the cat, for example, was strongly soiled).
2. If the pet since early childhood was not accustomed to water procedures, then bathing for it will be a big stress. Therefore at this moment it is necessary to treat a cat very gently and tenderly. It is impossible to thrust inconsiderately her into a bathtub or into a basin with water. So she will even more be frightened, and next time it will be even more difficult to wash her. It is necessary to calm the pet and during the procedure tenderly to talk to him.
3. Before bathing it is necessary to prepare a towel, soap or shampoo in advance. The cat cannot be washed with human shampoo! From it she can have an irritation of skin. Only special shampoos from pet-shop will approach.
4. To choose optimum water temperature for bathing of the pet, it is necessary to lower an internal part of an elbow in water (so check mom's water when bathing kids).
