Cats it is possible to accustom to go directly to a toilet bowl. It will take certain time – from several weeks to one months. For a start your cat has to be already accustomed at least to a tray for a toilet. The main idea is that replacing of a cat from a tray on a toilet bowl has to take place in several stages. You do little changes, then you give time to a cat to get used.
Instruction
1. Move a tray for a toilet of a cat to the room with a toilet bowl. You watch whether she found it and whether uses it, as before.
2. Gradually put its tray on the height, at first on small, then is slightly higher. Until its toilet is not flush with a toilet bowl. You watch that the tray was not unsteady and did not fall when the cat jumps in it and gets in it filler.
3. Move a cat's tray on unitazny sitting.
4. Put it there every time after used a toilet bowl. Gradually reduce amount of filler in a tray.
5. Replace a usual tray for a toilet with a box for "reeducation" of a cat. They can be on sale in special pet-shops and look as narrower seat mat for a toilet bowl with a removable grid in the basis. If you did not find this box, try to build it independently from the small basin placed under a sitting rim for a toilet bowl.
6. You watch that your cat started going to this basin. This "exercise machine" is necessary that the animal was not frightened of the water which is constantly in a toilet bowl.
7. Several days of successful accustomings later, about 20 centimeters in the diameter in day of a basin are time to cut out an opening, every day gradually increasing its size. In the training chairs for cats from the basis rings gradually are removed. It becomes that the cat was not afraid to celebrate need directly in water.
8. We delete special adaptation, we leave a toilet bowl in a usual look. We observe. If the cat refuses to accept a novelty, we return to a step backwards.
