1. The international pet passport – the document which each animal, regardless of whether it is thoroughbred ideally has to have or not. Basic data which need to be known about an animal are entered in it. When filling follow it several rules. If you buy a thoroughbred dog in club, then demand the passport at once. If the animal has no passport, it, most likely, speaks about defects of breed, and such dog cannot count on gold medals at exhibitions.
2. If you do the passport independently, address to the state veterinary clinic. The non-state veterinary clinic can carry out vaccination, but she has no rights of issue of the passport.
3. Track that on the first page of the passport all basic data on an animal were specified: its date of birth, nickname, breed, color. Also it is necessary to make information on inoculations, expulsion of helminths and other any processings which the dog underwent to this section of the passport. Also in the document information on the owner of a dog is entered.
4. When entering into the passport of data on vaccination, paste in it stickers on which the name of medicines and term of their validity is specified and also there has to be a signature and the personal press of the doctor. Date of Introduction of vaccines has to be surely specified.
5. Fill out the column about a reproduction. It can be done and independently. Specify day of the beginning of each techka and date of knitting. Do not forget to specify quantity of newborn puppies and date of their birth.
6. If you are going to take out a thoroughbred animal abroad, make sure that in the passport all data are correctly completed. Only the pet passport can become the basis for obtaining permission to transportation of a dog to other country. Remember that vaccination has to be surely carried out no later than one month before departure.
