- - latex elastic bands or hairpins;
- - scissors;
- - gelatin or strong hold hairspray;
- - needles and silk threads;
- - matches or lighter.
Instruction
1. Take a wide tape and cut off two or three strips depending on that double or the bow will be threefold. One strip of 9 cm in size, everyone the subsequent is 1-1.5 cm shorter. Burn edges of all stripes that they did not creep away. If there is desire to decorate a bow with a thin tape, sew it a fishing line to the shortest ribbon.

4. Sew all preparations together. And at once sew latex elastic bands, or paste a hairpin super-glue.
