One of important points at an institution of a dog is arrangement of her inhabited place. A lot of things in this plan depend also on a view of your housing (private house or the apartment), and on breed of your pet. Let's stop on the most widespread types of "houses" for dogs.

1. Getting a dog, you have to solve at once: where will she be the most part of time? If you live in the apartment, then it is clear and so. In that case it is necessary to choose the place in the house for placement of "lodge" of a canine friend. It is very important that the dwelling of a dog was located not on a draft. Even low temperatures are not so terrible to an animal as a draft. Therefore do not locate housing on the run, about doors or windows. Try that it was fenced off by some dimensional piece of furniture.
2. The lodge for the apartment can be very various. Today any large pet-shop will please the owner of a dog with a wide choice: from simple trestle beds to lodges with already equipped plank bed and the having several offices.
3. And here if you live in the private house and the dwelling for your dog are going to place on the street (in the yard, for example), then in this case housing to the pet you can for a dog the box or the doghouse is. Counting its sizes, make a start from growth of your dog, length, height of withers and width in shoulders. 7. When the framework is ready, put it on bars so that the box towered in a little more than 10 centimeters above the ground.
8. Now the moment came build a roof. Options of its form – duo-pitch or odnoskatny. Choose on your taste. Remember that it is impossible to beat it to a framework at all, otherwise it will complicate cleaning in the doghouse. The roof has to adjoin densely and at the right time easy to act from the main part of the dwelling.
9. Any dense material which is doing not pass moisture will be suitable for production of a roof. As a last resort it can be covered with roofing iron or slate.
10. It is possible to paint the doghouse only outside. And here the stove bench which is the best of all for filling straw will be suitable for an internal part.
