- - lamps;
- - room thermometer and hygrometer;

- - toys for mice;
- - drinking bowl and feeding troughs;
- - specialized forage for rodents.

1. Care for mice is quite simple. The main inconvenience is a strong specific smell. Thorough and regular cleaning, will allow to get rid of this shortcoming.
2. Mice well live in glass aquariums or usual wire cages. The main condition is the suitable temperature and humidity. Try not to allow sharp temperature drops. Maintain humidity at the level of 50-60% and temperature at the level of 20 degrees. Mice can transfer also lower temperature. At the same time they will be larger and with dense wool. High temperature influences a condition of mice negatively, rodents become shallow, at them wool becomes more rare and weaker.
3. The room which held mice has to be aired well, do not allow air stagnation. Especially it concerns the maintenance of mice in glass tanks, like a big aquarium. Do not allow drafts. Consider that the big colony of animals creates a special microclimate, with more high temperature and humidity. Control these indicators especially carefully. Thermal control of an organism of a mouse is imperfect therefore the strong heat or excessive cold can lead of your pet to death.
4. Mice prefer contents at good lighting. Light of usual lamps can replace solar completely. Do not put a cage with mice on direct sunlight.
5. Surely establish a lodge in which animals will sleep in a cage. Besides that your mice actively moved, establish in a cage several levels, short flights of stairs, a wheel in which mice will be able to run, it is possible to establish a thick branch which rodents with pleasure climb. Pet-shops, as a rule, sell ready cages for rodents with all necessary accessories.
6. You carry out cleaning of a cage daily. Delete garbage, a dung and leftovers from pallets, Change water. Once in three-four days wash a drinking bowl and feeding troughs. Once a week you carry out clear-out of a cage. It will help you to protect the pets from infection with infectious diseases. During clear-out replace mice in provisional asylum. Completely remove a laying from a cage, take out and wash up all accessories with disinfectant, carefully wash out walls and rods of a cage. After use of disinfectant wash all with clear water and let's dry well within one-two hours. After that place accessories into place, lay a fresh laying and return mice into place. As a laying it is more preferable to use sawdust, or special rugs from the made foam material, such rugs can be bought in pet-shop.
7. As food use special mixes for rodents who are on sale in pet-shops. They contain all necessary set of minerals, nutrients and vitamins necessary for normal activity of your pet. Vegetables, fruit can be given only as an additional treat. There is no need for such feeding up.
