1. Transplant a sick animal separately from others. You watch that indoors in which there is a guinea pig there were no drafts.
2. Accurately by means of a napkin wipe to a mumps a nose to remove the formed slime and crusts.
3. Vduyte in a nose of a mumps streptocide powder. Only you watch that it did not get to an animal into eyes. In case of lack of this powder, drip in the pet's nose solution of ampicillin three or four of time a day. To prepare solution: dissolve the capsule of ampicillin in 12 milliliters of boiled water.
4. If at cold at a mumps not only cold, but also cough, then prepare for it herb infusion. It can be made of broth of coltsfoot or leaves of a nettle. You give to drink such infusion of the favourite three times a day on a quarter of a teaspoon.
5. Give to a guinea pig more vitamins. Prepare for her special mixture which will strengthen immunity of a small animal. Dissolve 40-% solution of glucose with 0.2-% solution of ascorbic acid. Observe a ratio 1:1. Give mixture no more than six days at the rate from 0.75 to 2.20 ml depending on weight and age of your mumps.
6. Expand a food allowance of a sick small animal. Add to food nettle leaves (it is possible both fresh, and dried), beet, carrots and cabbage. As a treat give to a swine green peas. Offer the favourite the following vitamin delicacy: + 1 milliliter of antiscorbutic vitamin and all this to mix 1 milliliter of glucose with one milliliter of water. This mix can be given to an animal directly from the syringe.
