1. The Persian cat needs to be bathed not too often – in process of pollution, usually it is done time in 3-4 weeks. Adult ungelded cats are washed a little more often – because of allocations of the sebaceous glands located at the tail basis, its wool loses a well-groomed look quicker. Also it is necessary to bathe time in 2-3 weeks white cats that the hair kept snow-whiteness.
2. Put an animal in a deep basin or in a children's bath and if they are absent – in a usual bathtub, having laid previously soft fabric that paws did not part on its bottom and the cat was not frightened. It is better if you are helped – one person holds and calms the pet, the second soaps and rinses wool. Water should not be too cool that the cat did not catch a cold, or is hotter – better if it it is pleasant warm.
3. Well wet hair of a cat, make foam special shampoo on a palm and apply it on wool, soaping it in the direction of growth. Places which become soiled stronger other (paws, a tail, a breast?, the head) needs to be washed more thoroughly. Very accurately wash with water a muzzle, having paid attention to nasolabial folds. Try that soap did not get into ears, eyes and a nose of a cat.
4. Wash away foam, carefully rinsing wool. Shampoo has to be washed away every time completely how many time you soaped a cat.
