Cultivation of thoroughbred dogs or, especially, selection work on creation of new breed – business very responsible, troublesome and expensive. It is clear, that owners thoroughbred a bough and dogs take part in it. Both those, and others can count on the part of future dung. The owner of a dog needs payment in money or nature – an alimentary puppy.
Knitting as legal transaction
Relationship between the owner boughs and the owner of a dog is made out in the form of the transaction in which each of them is interested party. Most often such transaction is made out in the form of the oral arrangement according to which the owner of a dog has the right to receive, a so-called, "alimentary" puppy in the form of a payment that seed material of his dog was used. According to the existing standard rules, he has the right to independently choose any puppy from a dung, but, however, only as the second after the first choice is made by the owner boughs. If desired, he can refuse a puppy and receive its cost money.
Such order exists, is justified and quite sufficient when this is not about breeding work and the breed of dog is rather widespread. When it is expensive and rare breeds or dogs participate in selection process, knitting is made out by the present civil act – the contract in a simple written form or the direction on knitting. As, when it comes to laws of the nature, accidents and surprises it is difficult to avoid, such document allows to provide them and to stipulate conditions under which both parties will manage to observe the interests. Such essential conditions which observance will allow the owner of a dog to receive an alimentary puppy usually register in the contract or in the direction on knitting: - it has to be stipulated as a payment form;
- in a dung there have to be not less than five puppies recognized free from marriage that is confirmed by the official act of their survey; - the owner of a dog has to take away the alimentary puppy relying it during certain time after activation of a dung, usually it is 3 days.
Alimentary puppy or money
It not always depends only on desire of the owner of the producer. As the main charges of the pregnant woman boughs, childbirth and postnatal maintenance and care for a dog and puppies fall on her owner, it is important that his interests were observed. It is fair to assume that when bough brought less than 5 puppies, to give one of them as payment – too high price taking into account that the dog "is guilty" of low quantity of an issue too. Therefore, in certain cases, if bough brings 4 puppies, the owner of a dog can get only 75% of cost of a puppy if the 3rd – 50% of cost if the 2nd – 25%, he does not receive anything for one. But, of course, all this has to be stipulated in advance.
