In the first one and a half-two months the puppy has a passive immunity to infectious diseases received together with mother's milk. After vaccination the dog should be taken in house conditions of days 13-15, there will be enough this time that in her organism the immunity was already developed. Repeat distemper inoculation annually.
Consequences of an inoculation from a distemper
After an inoculation the dog can look sluggish and sick, at it temperature with standard 38 up to 40 wasps can increase. Such manifestations can be observed several days and even week right after vaccination was done. If the condition of a dog did not stabilize, it is necessary to show her to the veterinarian. In the place of a prick the swelling or a cone can sometimes appear. It does not give special trouble to a dog, though can be painful to the touch. As a rule, after a while such cones independently resolve.
And here allergic manifestations have to cause concern of the owner as can provoke anaphylactic shock and even the death of an animal. Symptoms of allergic reaction is the increased salivation, short wind, weakness and blue discoloration of mucous membranes. At emergence of the first symptoms of an allergy it is necessary to bring a dog to veterinary clinic immediately.
