If you give to a turtle greens, then it has to be small chopped and surely fresh. Do not give to turtles of too spicy greens, such as cilantro or basil, be limited to more neutral herbs and sheet salad. Remember that food should not be in a feeding trough of a turtle more than three hours. If the animal did not eat everything that you offered it, do not leave it before the following feeding.
For food of an overland turtle in specialized shop it is also possible to get the forage containing necessary amount of cellulose and useful substances, but you should not transfer a turtle only to dry granules, fresh food to her it is necessary.
