  2. Relaxation of muscles is incompatible with such feelings as alarm, concern and stress. Results of the regular and competently carried out relaxation stun: it both high performance, and good mood, and internal confidence, and tranquility. Having mastered relaxation method, you will be able to get rid of the appearing tension at any time, thereby having provided prevention of stress, neurosises and depressions.
  3. Master relaxation in prone position. This most acceptable situation for beginners. It is possible to study exercises for relaxation and in other provisions later: sitting, standing, during walking. You carry out relaxation in the separate room alone with yourself. So it will be easier for you to concentrate. Turn on the weakening music or provide complete silence depending on your preferences.
  4. Lay down on floor, place legs and hands in the parties, throw back the head up, close eyes. Deeply inhale and exhale for ten minutes, pronouncing about themselves the following words: I calm down and relax.
  5. Imagine how on breath all body fills the fresh, cool air filled with solar luminescence, and on exhalation – warm air. Direct imagined warmly alternately to the area of the face, hands and legs, helping themselves to relax. Provide as the body grows heavy.
  6. Try to strain alternately muscles of all body in turn from top to down, for five seconds on each group of muscles (for example, neck, breast, hands, stomach, legs), and then relax them for five seconds. Strain muscles of forehead and upper part of the head which is under indumentum. Try to dump sharply tension and to relax. Narrow eyes, wrinkle nose, keeping tension within five seconds, then completely relax. Feel new feelings, remember them.
