  1. Begin with the analysis of the reasons of all problems which are available for you. Create the diary in which you will write down all stages of transformation into the new person. Answer most honestly questions: Whether your work is pleasant to you? Whether everything suits you in your private life? What mood for you is habitual? Why quite so, but not differently your vital scenario develops? Perhaps, you just go on the wrong way chosen not at the call of soul, and on the advice of parents or friends, or that it is even worse – trying to prove someone something.
  2. Estimate your appearance: write down in the diary on points what you would like to change, for example: to lose weight by 10 kg, to get rid of mimic wrinkles, to change hairstyle, to update clothes, etc. Develop consecutive tactics of performance of all these tasks. Opposite to each point, write how you will achieve goal. For example: to lose weight – occupations in the fitness center 3 times a week, low-calorie diet, visit of the pool – 3 times a week, etc.
  3. Analyze your physical health, write down those symptoms which disturb you in the diary, opposite to them specify time and date of the planned visit of the doctor. Besides, you can specify those folk remedies which you will apply to treatment of any given disease (after consultation with the doctor).
  4. Sort out the psycho-emotional state, list those negative emotions which you often experience, for example in the diary: anger, envy, offense, fear, etc. Opposite to each of them describe those situations at which they are shown. Choose measures of fight against them.
  5. After you similar carefully analyze the problems which are available for you, classify them, you will pick up the ways of their decision which are the most suitable for you and you will strictly carry out them, shortly everything will take turn for the better. Your health, both physical, and sincere will become stronger, so, also beauty, both internal, and external will return.
