They exempt skin from the collected salts, acids and toxins and promote more successful absorption from creams and natural masks of all useful substances. It is required to you

  • - basin or pan;
  • - two towels;
  • - mix of herbs (camomiles with mint; camomiles with melissa, fennel, lavender and calendula; wormwood grass (to hold the person no more than 5 minutes over steam).

Instruction

1. Fill to half pan with water. Fill up in it on 1 tsp mix of herbs of peppermint and camomile pharmaceutical. Bring to boiling and close cover. Insist no more than 15 minutes. In process of cooling, water will get temperature, necessary for skin, and will be enriched with useful properties of herbs which about the ferry will have the salutary effect on skin. When using strongly hot steam it is necessary to reduce time of steam bath to 3 – 5 minutes.

2. Before the procedure remove make-up and clean face skin with any means without alkalis and alcohol. To keep dry hair, wrap them towel. Bend over steam at distance of 30 cm and cover the head and basin with other towel. You hold the head over steam no more than 20 minutes. You can make steam bathtub with interval. When from face sweat begins to drip actively, wash cool boiled water, wipe dry face and again bend over steam. The temperature difference favorably affects blood vessels and improves skin blood supply.

3. After steam bathtub, skin needs moistening and nutrition. You can use any mask (fruit and vegetable or ready cosmetic) with further putting nutritious cream. Time before going to bed when face muscles as much as possible relax is ideal for steam bathtubs and better absorb useful components of cream after steam.

4. Do not abuse steam bathtubs. Everything that moderately is useful. At oily skin of influence of steam it is enough 2 – 3 times a month, no more than 20 minutes, and at dry - once a month no more than 10 minutes. It is good to oil dry skin before steam bath fat cream or vegetable.
