Men should spend a lot of time for shaving and hair care on face, but there will hardly be at least one man who will want to get rid of bristle forever, it is considered courage indicator. But what to do if face hair grow a little or unevenly? There are several ways to fix similar problem.

1. The slowed-down growth of hair can be sign of shortage of men's hormone-testosterone. It is possible to increase testosterone level in different ways: - daily eat small handful of nuts or seeds of sunflower; - eat more seafood; - use fowl instead of pork and mutton; - daily accept 20 drops of tincture of ginseng; - play sports; - you sleep not less than 7-8 hours a day; - you are in the fresh air more often; - refuse beer, coffee and strong tea. In these drinks there are substances suppressing production of testosterone.
2. Burdock oil well feeds hair bulb and promotes growth of hair. Steam out face the ferry, having bent over the container with hot water. On the steamed-out face put the gauze moistened with burdock oil. Temperature of oil has to be room or is slightly higher. In 1.5-2 hours wash away from face oil by means of soap or skin for washing.
3. Blood circulation stimulation will also help to strengthen growth of hair in the person. Do peeling of face of times a week, putting srub with circular motions. Solid particles not only well purify skin and oxygenate it, but strengthen blood inflow. The face scrub can be made independently. For this purpose crush handful of coffee beans in the blender and mix them with gel or shaving foam.
4. Take 500 ml of vodka and add two pods of burning pepper. After vodka has infused, it is possible to do compresses. Mix 50 ml of tincture from 150 ml of water. The received mix wet gauze or piece of cotton fabric and put on that area where hair have to grow. In 5-7 minutes wash warm water. Such compresses well stimulate blood circulation.
5. There are special lotions on the basis of minoksidil which strengthen growth of hair. But you do not hurry to use them. Such medicines are intended for stimulation of growth of hair on the head, and how lotion will work on the person, it is unknown. If all of you have decided on applications of such means, apply it strictly on those sites of skin where there have to be hair.
