- If you have wooden massage hairbrush, several times a day 5-10 minutes comb hair from the roots. Inflow of blood to the head amplifies, hair under the influence of tree are smoothed, and the growth rate accelerates. - Do massage of the head. You can just pull slightly hair at roots or buy the special massager. The principle of effect of such procedure is similar to use of hairbrush. - Mix castor and burdock oil in equal parts. Apply on roots and take at least 40 minutes. The longer you keep oil, the result from the procedure will be better. You can wrap the head cellophane sack.
- Add to shampoo of a little mustard powder (1/4 h spoon) and wash the head. If you take high dose of mustard, strong burning will appear. You can use divorced mustard, but not powder.
- Take small salt and in moist hair at their basis rub small amount. From it not only growth will accelerate, but parts of epithelial fabric which prevents normal intake of oxygen from air will be removed.
- Accept vitamin complexes with the increased calcium content. Adhere to healthy food and avoid stresses. The lack of vitamins, irrational food and stresses cause problems with growth and health of hair and also head skin.
