3. Include digestible products in diet, eat more fish, in it there are a lot of nutritious fats. It is better to use meat low-fat and boiled. Beef, chicken, rabbit – everywhere is the protein necessary for beauty of your skin. Do not forget about eggs, cottage cheese and soy protein.

4. In the morning and try to take shower in the evening and to wash. You should not use usual soap, it can overdry skin. It is difficult to improve complexion without careful cleaning.

6. That skin which does not receive water in enough can prematurely grow old. Regular moistening of skin comes when the person drinks not less than one and a half pure liters in day. Drink spring or melt water, what is even better, as the last has the properties, most useful to organism.

7. If you want to restore skin cells, then you get enough sleep, go to bed early, and get up at dawn.
