Pick up dumbbells and serially lift them before yourself, without bending elbows, palms down. The more amplitude of movements - the better muscles are studied. Do 3 approaches on 10 repetitions.

6. Finish training with distributing of hands with dumbbells in standing position. Hands are parted, from trunk on each side up and back. Do 3-4 approaches till 10-15 times in everyone.
