During summer heat the barrel with thermal water is useful to refresh the person, without being afraid to damage make-up.
4. The base will help to prolong life of eye shadow besides. It matts skin, without allowing shadows to turn pale or gather in folds century. Some makeup artists go on small cunning and use pencil instead of shadows. Paint over it all eyelid and properly shade. Such make-up can sustain till 8 o'clock. If you prefer eyeliner, choose waterproof liners or pencils. They will hold on much longer than usual.
