Here some of them: Get up along wall, without forgetting to hold back directly. Step forward, without changing position of back, and be late for couple of seconds. Then, having stepped back, return to starting position. To repeat 8–10 times.
  4. Sitting on chair, raise hands up, parting in the parties. Cramp shovels together. Bend hands and try to cover with shovel palms. To repeat 10–12 times.
  5. Put the book on the head and you pace about the room, trying not to drop it. At the same time, periodically slightly squat and do movements by hands in different directions.
