In the flying face skin is subject to large amount of negative impacts. Sweat, dust, dirt accumulate in time and epidermis. The face scrub purifies skin and the hammered time, deletes dead cages, gives smoothness and keeps youth. Cosmetic can be bought in specialized shops, but it is possible to prepare also in house conditions.
- Before use of srub skin is previously purified, wash away cosmetics.
- It is desirable to steam out face before application of srub.
- The srub is put massage movements on all face, moving from the center to ears, forehead and chin, excepting eye area.
- Leave on face for 3-5 minutes, then wash away. The srub from natural ingredients is held on face up to 10 minutes that vitamins and active agents have managed to be absorbed.
- After application of srub it is possible to make mask or to apply nutritious cream.
- 1-2 times a week use srub.
- In the presence of damages on skin, large number of rashes and inflammations use of srub is contraindicated.
- Apply srubs with fine abrasive particles to sensitive skin.
- The best time for holding procedure – evening, before going to bed.
- Summer time of maturing of fruit, berries and vegetables from which it is possible to prepare the vitamin and moistening srubs. Such peeling will make skin fresh and healthy.
3 tablespoons of granulated sugar mix from 2 tsps of cosmetic jojoba oil and 3 drops of essential oil of vanilla. Mix is distributed on face massage movements. Wash away warm water in 1-2 minutes.
To crush half of the peeled orange in the blender. The received weight is mixed from 2 tsps by coffee and one spoon of liquid honey. The srub is put on face, massed within 1-2 minutes and rinsed with warm water.
In bowl connect 2 tablespoons of semolina, crude egg yolk and 5 pieces of strawberry. All well fray and put on face for 2-3 minutes, then wash away.
Without thin skin do puree of one tomato. Add 2 tablespoons of small porridge. Mix and put on face. In 3 minutes wash away. The srub well dries inflammations on skin.
One small cucumber is cleaned and crushed in the blender. Add half of teaspoon of sea salt and 2 tablespoons of porridge of fine crushing to weight, mix. The massing movements put on face and rinse cool water.
On 5-6 berries of strawberry and raspberry knead and mix with 1 tablespoon of fat sour cream, add a little blue clay. Put on face, leave for 5 minutes. Such srub nourishes skin with vitamins and refreshes complexion.
Mash pulp of one apricot, add 1 tablespoon, the apple grated on small grater, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the crushed orange dried peel. Accurately massage face and wash away warm water.
The half of banana is kneaded fork, add 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes and 2 h spoon of jojoba oil. Within two minutes massage face, then rinse with warm water.
To mash pulp of one kiwi. To add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 h spoon of almond oil. Leave srub on face before full drying and wash away water.
