If it is necessary, process basis emery paper, varnish. It is possible to paint plates with acrylic paint, especially it concerns those which will be outside of the put fan.
- Put plates pile, recede from bottom edge of 5 cm and make openings. Their diameter is equal to diameter of pin with which you will fasten plates. Fixing design, tighten pin rather strong, but so that the fan freely revealed.
- Spread out fan so that plates of frame made 180 degrees. Put it on tracing-paper and circle. It is pattern for the screen, it has to make about 2/3 from the general height of fan.
- Cut out the screen from paper, fabric or lace. Having cut out the screen, decorate it before you fix on basis. Fabric can be painted with paints for batik, to attach sequins, etc. For the screen it is better to use silk or any fine smooth synthetic fabric that it easily slid at disclosure of fan.
- Spread out fan before yourself. Apply with the glue gun glue on surface of extreme left level and apply to it the respective region of the screen. Miss the rest of the screen under plates. In such state turn fan (the pasted part of the screen will appear on the right now). Apply glue on other levels and paste to them the screen. It is possible to attach loop from tape to the handle to carry the put fan on wrist.
