The milk peeling is done with use of lactic acid. It is suitable for any age, it is recommended to those who has problem skin (black dots, acne rash), unhealthy complexion, wrinkles, and all who want to have smooth and beautiful face.

It is necessary to know that lactic acid can cause burns. Therefore it is necessary to use correctly this type of peeling in house conditions.

The first stage is preparation and also the small test. You need to buy lactic acid of 25% of concentration (no more). Previously clean face soft means, degrease medical alcohol.

Carry out trial peeling. Use originally Q-tip to reduce means dose. You apply acid at first on forehead from the center to temples, then on nose on the center and on each side, directing to cheeks, after – to the rest of the person from the middle to ears. Avoid hit on skin around eyes.  

For the first time 30 sec. are enough to hold. If there are no negative reactions, the following procedures are carried out by means of cotton sponge and you hold lactic acid on face 1-3 minutes. Wash away acid only cold water, very carefully. After the procedure to apply to skin the moisturizing cream (without acids and Retinolum). It is desirable not to be after that on bright sun 1-2 weeks and to use sunblock cream at exit to the street.

The best period of holding procedure – autumn and winter. Time between procedures of 10-15 days. One course lasts 3 months.

Do not use milk peeling if on skin there are wounds, open eels, inflammations. Do not exceed time and the percentage of lactic acid, from it the condition of skin will not become better in short terms but only will worsen (burns and scars from them). It is better to go to result slowly but surely.
