If you work with the machine, cut only dry and clean hair and direct the machine against growth of hair.
3. If you cut hair scissors on fingers, raise hairbrush lock of hair perpendicularly to the head, and then take lock average and index fingers of the left hand. Shift hairbrush in other hand and cut off locks in two centimeters under fingers.
4. Then use this lock as control that on the basis of its length to cut off other locks. In case of short hairstyle, raise locks of hair hairbrush and cut off all hairs acting over its surface. Have hairbrush and scissors horizontally and under 90 degrees in relation to the surface of the head.
5. More difficult operations with shortening of hair – for example, the tushevka or tapering – demand certain skills. For such shortening of hair use special tapering machines and scissors to create smooth transition from short hair to longer.
6. The thinned-out hairstyle looks accurate and volume, and it is necessary to carry out it beginning from temporal zones of growth of hair, then to pass to nape, and then – to all other areas of the head. You can give the finished look to hairstyle by means of fringing which begins at the left temple and then proceeds through occipital edge of hair to the right temple.
