Instruction
- For execution of the orders collected by you visit the site avon.ru. If you for the first time come on the portal, but are the representative, then be registered on it, get the computer number and create own password. Write down or remember them, they will be necessary every time at visit of the website.
- Choose the reference to Representatives in the right upper corner of the homepage. It will redirect you on appropriate section where and it will be necessary to enter number and the password and to press the Enter button.
- On the opened page there is black panel of navigation, on it and choose the Place the Order or My Orders / to Place the Order button. The new section in which you have to note ticks will be loaded: advertizing campaign (usually it is chosen automatically), order type (there is choice between usual and paid urgent) and the client.
- If you for the first time send the order thus, then it is quite possible that you have no written-down clients. You can bring their names by means of the Add the Client button or to leave everything under the name. It practically does not influence anything, and gives you visual distribution of all orders in the account on each person separately.
- Press the Begin the Order button. Further on the following page it is possible to choose different types: fast, usual or according to the catalog. On the same page there is reference to the training videocourse How to Place the Order.
- The fast way will allow you to hammer into the table codes of necessary products and their quantity, usual – also to check the search button (magnifying glass in line of the table) the chosen objects. In the electronic catalog it is necessary to click on any necessary product and in pop-up window to choose the Add to the Order button. Choose what way is convenient to you.
- At once under the spreadsheet press the Keep the Order button and on the same page, but in the lower section note tick the number of catalogs necessary for you. The choice between catalogs of the current and future advertizing campaigns is usually offered, automatically the tick costs on the new catalog in number of 5 pieces. And at the very bottom of the page choose to Continue.
- On the following three pages it will be offered to you to choose business accessories, trial products and means from sale. If they interest you, press To add to the order, having chosen quantity, and the Continue button below. If does not interest, then every time press the last button.
- Attentively read the last page of the order. Here it will be offered to choose way of its delivery, to enter data of the authorized representative who can take away, check it the place of receiving products. Also here it is possible to check the account, availability of the chosen means in warehouse and to put down ticks of consent with conditions of the company. As soon as all of you have checked, press the Send button. By mail you receive the notification from the company on adoption of the order.
