This herb has rich structure. At nettle there are vitamins of groups B, A, E, K, calcium, chlorophyll, potassium, carotene, phytoncides, tannins and other active elements. Nettle broth for stimulation of growth of hair
Ingredients: - 0.6 l of water; - 3 tablespoons of leaves of nettle (crushed); - 0.5 l of apple cider vinegar. Leaves of nettle fill in with water and apple cider vinegar. Ingredients: - 1 tablespoons of cones of hop; - 1 tablespoons of root of the burdock (crushed); - 1 tablespoons of nettle; - 1 tablespoons of grass heather; - 3 glasses of water. Ingredients: - 1 pages of l. the dry crushed nettle leaves; - 2 glasses of water; - 1 glass of vodka.
