1. Begin manicure with the weakening and useful bath with sea salt with addition of several drops of aromatic essential oil. For example, oil of sweet orange or grapefruit weakens, improves mood and also refreshes skin of hands and gives them healthy color. To prepare such bath, you need small capacity, couple of cups very warm (but is not hotter! hot water destroys nails) waters, two tablespoons of coarse sea salt and two-three drops of essential oil. Lower hands in bath and relax for about 10 minutes - during this time sea salt will strengthen nails, and water will soften skin around cuticle. Your hands will be ready to manicure.
2. Now we will be engaged in the thin skin surrounding nail and protecting its root. This thin skin is called cuticle. Unfortunately. it has property to grow excessively that gives to hands inaccurate and not well-groomed look. The cuticle needs to be removed stick approximately once a week. You should not cut off cuticle - as it is fraught with microinflammations and the subsequent coarsening and the strengthened growth of thin skin. Rub drop of saturated nutritious cream or the warmed-up apricot oil in cuticle, massage about a minute and arm with stick from orange tree.
