4. You can try to carry out exercises on pectoral muscles with small dumbbells. Pick up them, rest elbows against stomach, but not against sides, and do liftings, till 20-25 times for approach. Other exercise with dumbbells needs to be carried out so: get up directly, hands on seams. Slowly raise straight arms in the parties, be late at the time of the highest tension of muscles, and then lower hands. Repeat till 20-30 times for approach.

5. For recovery of elasticity of skin it is possible to use special creams and cosmetic masks which part cucumber juice, honey, egg or clay is. Together with it it is useful to use daily srubs and rigid basts or brushes which will make skin more dense and will save from extensions.
