10. Put legs on width of shoulders, move apart elbows in the parties, and cramp palms before yourself and squeeze them within 20 seconds with the greatest possible tension. Then relax and again repeat this exercise. It can be done several times a day.

11. Lay down on back, holding before themselves dumbbells. You part and connect hands to dumbbells not less than 10 times.
