The daily portion of easy skim cheese will allow you to remain in force, maintain in itself operating state and to feel healthy.
  4. Register in gym, before visit of gym also eat or drink something, the containing enough the proteins and carbohydrates necessary for training – for example, the special energy drinks which are on sale in departments of sports food.
  5. Keeping to full-fledged diet and leading sports life, you will gain missing weight at the expense of muscles and harmonization of the structure of body, but not excess fat within four-five months.
