Hypostases are often connected with the fact that the organism detains water, feeling its shortcoming.
2. Avoid situations capable to cause nervous stress. The more quietly and more measuredly there will be your life, the circles and bags under eyes will appear less often.
3. You watch how you eat. In your diet fresh vegetables and fruit have to take the sufficient place. It is more than greens. As little as possible pickles is also more smoked.
4. Use masks which will help you to get rid of bags under eyes. Vozmemte bags of tea, scald under stream of boiled water and place in the freezer. Put the frozen bags to bags for 15 – 20 minutes.
5. Circles of fresh cucumbers work not less effectively. You can wipe cucumber through small grater and add to gruel of a little svezheotzhaty juice of lemon. Apply on bags under eyes and leave for 15 – 20 minutes.

8. Make compress of fresh tea leaves, apply to eyes on quarter of hour.
9. Use ice cubes for easy massaging of skin under eyes.
10. Crush leaves of parsley and apply to problem zones on quarter of hour, having covered from above with cotton tampon.
