The drooped second chin spoils beauty of woman's face. The cause of this esthetically unattractive problem – weakening of muscles of chin. Give yourself for performance of exercises of 15 - 20 minutes every day and you will gradually notice how the chin gets more outlined form.

Instruction

1. Get up directly in front of the mirror. On breath pull in chin in yourself, stretch with exhalation it forward. Make 5 repetitions. Alter exercise a little: on breath pull in chin, and on exhalation last it serially to the right and to the left. Repeat exercise of 5 times.

2. Do circular motions by chin parallel to floor. At first rotate chin of 5 times to the right, and then to the left the same number of repetitions.

3. Involve and weaken muscles chin. Concentrate attention precisely on chin, make the swallowing movement and for 3 – 5 seconds strain muscle, then completely weaken. Make 15 – 20 repetitions.

4. Slightly raise the head, by the back of palm do the patting movements on chin. Begin to do exercise slowly and gradually increase rhythm. Continue within 3 – 5 minutes.

5. Lay down on back, lower hands along body, straighten legs. On breath raise upper body to shovels, be late in this situation, turn the head at first to the right, then on the left. With exhalation accept starting position. With the following breath rise again, tighten chin to the neck basis, and then reject the head back, but do not touch surface by nape. With exhalation fall by floor and completely relax.

6. Sit down in Turkish, put hands on knees. Put out tongue as much as possible forward, hold pose within 10 – 20 seconds, then relax. Repeat exercise of 5 - 10 times. Extend forward lower lip as though you try to reach it nose, be late for several minutes in this situation, then relax.
