How to remove correctly cuticle

The cuticle represents the thin roller of skin protecting the lower part of nail from damages. During manicure the cuticle can be deleted. How to remove correctly cuticle if you have decided to make it independently, in house conditions?

Instruction

1. For processing of cuticle prepare tools which can be necessary for you. It is nail file or wooden rake, scissors with the rounded-off ends, tweezers or fork for removal of thin skin from nail sides.

2. Surely disinfect all objects which you will use in work. Especially, if someone else used them except you. For the correct processing use clean, it is desirable sterile cotton tampon and ethyl alcohol. Carefully wipe with alcohol the surface of tools. After that spread out tools to leaf of foil and place them in the oven warmed up to 190 – 200 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes. Wait for their cooling. Or use the boiling water and ship in it tools for 20 – 30 minutes.

3. Hands need to be steamed out well in hot water with soap addition. Do not use for these purposes soap alkaline as it corrodes skin. Try to raise special rake cuticle. If it easily separates from nail plate, so you can get to work. In case of processing of dry, unprepared cuticle, you form agnails.

4. By means of wooden rake remove cuticle to the nail basis. Do it carefully, trying not to damage nail basis zone. Otherwise the nail can become fragile.

5. Remove with fork or tweezers thin skin from side parts of nail. Then scissors on the arc-shaped line cut off cuticle. At the same time get bottom side of scissors under cuticle and press rather densely to nail. Act carefully not to wound your fingers. Do not cut off all cuticle completely. Surely leave thin, equal strip. Do not forget that the cuticle serves for protection of growth zone of nail and, deleting it completely, you will put this zone at risk of penetration of infection.

6. After stop cutting off cuticle, surely grease skin around nail with cream or other softening means.
