However, whether everything is so cloudless and safe, or in method of laser removal of tattoos there are hidden parties about which employees of salons do not like to tell?
People since the most ancient times liked to decorate the body with drawings. The purposes could be various: to designate situation in society, to make impression on enemies or to add appeal in the opinion of people around. But the image can turn out not absolutely successful, at the person the lifestyle, circumstances will change or it will just want changes. However for drawing good tattoos use qualitative pigments which drops accumulate under the client's skin, forming the picture. In esthetic cosmetology several types of laser machines are used. Their action differs in depth of penetration and possibility of individual setting:
- Erbium or carbon dioxide: with its help it is possible to remove pretty fast the drawings which are on the surface of skin. Well is suitable for work on monochrome superficial images.
- Ruby: with it achieve good results during the work on black, green and blue paints. However its beams almost do not affect red and orange segments of tattoo.
- Aleksandritovy: too it is applied to the selection impact on integuments. Differs in higher speed of removal and it is recommended for data of superficial drawings of dark shades. As well as the previous look, almost does not influence warm red and orange tone.
- Neodymium: now the most universal and effective method differing, unfortunately, in high cost. The installation with short impulses generating waves of different length is used. It allows to influence selectively fragments of the color drawing, almost completely destroying pigment drops under skin. Is suitable for all types of color professional tattoos.
After careful survey, the doctor will define what type of the laser machine needs to be used for data of tattoo and for how many sessions it can be removed. Seldom specify in brochures of clinics that completely it is possible to remove tattoo only for several sessions, sometimes their number reaches ten and the procedure can take more than a year. Everything very individually and depends on many factors: it is the simplest to get rid of black pigment, and here it is almost impossible to remove fashionable white tattoo.
There are no universal techniques of influence by the laser, physicians know about possible consequences few and not always truly select way. At incorrectly calculated influence on the place of the drawing there can be burns and scars. Sometimes, after influence by the laser, process of healing can be long and painful: hypostasis of the damaged place, bleeding, sometimes superficial burn of skin. It is especially difficult to delete drawings from skin of dark tone, the more swarty patient, the procedure will be more painful and more difficult.
Yellow, white and violet colors practically do not react to influence by the laser therefore on skin there can be partial fragments of the remote drawing.
To the people inclined to allergic reactions, it is necessary to watch closely very much the feelings during procedure: the destroyed parts of paint are carried away through lymph and can get into lymph nodes, causing irritation and dangerous allergic reactions.
It is possible to be exposed to repeated influence by the laser only in 28 days. In interval it is necessary to look after carefully skin and not to put itself at risk:
- To avoid direct sunshine.
- The first few days skin cannot be wetted. After consultation with the doctor it is possible to apply means for healing of wounds on the damaged place. Only thin layer, skin under ointment has to ""breathe"".
- Whenever possible to avoid contact of affected area with clothes to avoid irritation. And, of course, to try not to touch and not to scratch tattoo. Though it will scratch very strongly...
- At emergence of the slightest complications to see doctor at once: even at the sparing impact on skin there is risk of appearance of infection.
Despite relative safety of use of the laser, there are several contraindications at which the procedure cannot be carried out:
- Fresh suntan;
- Suspicion of oncological diseases;
- Warmly - vascular diseases in aggravation stage;
- System diseases of blood;
- Pregnancy and lactation;
- Allergy to the anesthetizing medicines;
- Mechanical injuries of skin.
