That your cilia served you longer, follow the following rules of leaving:
- you sleep on one side or to back
- do not rub eyes
- refuse use of ink (at washing off of eyelash come unstuck)
- avoid baths and saunas
- refuse daily use of contact lenses
- do not use fat cream for century
In both cases the unsticking of cilia is possible. This very unpleasant fact can be eliminated independently in house conditions and long enough to maintain the received result at the worthy level.
