Not without reason these vitamins often are part of medical shampoos. At hair loss group B vitamins in combination with zinc are capable to render essential effect. They contain in beer yeast, cereals, beans, vegetables and fruit. Software vitamin (nicotinic acid). Its main action is directed to vessels, including head skin vessels. It improves microcirculation of skin and food hair follicle, thereby promoting growth of hair and reducing their loss. Nicotinic acid contains in vegetables, but especially there is a lot of it in onions and garlic. Vitamin E (tocopherol). It is one of the main "women's" vitamins. At the shortage of tocopherol the hair look patients: at them tips split, they tarnish, early turn gray, drop out. Most of all vitamin E contains in vegetable oils, especially in olive. Nuts, sunflower seeds, green vegetables are also rich with vitamin E. Except vitamins, microelements are necessary for hair: zinc, calcium, iron, iodine, silicon. Their main source are mushrooms, green vegetables and seafood.
