Therefore many large companies began to think of environmental safety of the products, as led to emergence of such concept as ecological marketing which becomes more and more popular now.

What is ecological marketing?

Usually the concept of ecological marketing means that the company advancing the goods or services does the minimum harm to the nature by production, realization and further utilization of goods. The last means its final placement in the initial or processed look in the environment. Thus, ecological marketing at the enterprise designates that production of natural resources, further production phases of goods, delivery to the consumer, use of goods and placement of waste are absolutely safe for the biosphere.

Thanks to growth of welfare of consumers and considerable influence of advertizing the people buy more and more goods without which they, in principle, could and do. It considerably worsens state of environment as raw materials for production are used more, and cheap manufacturing techniques do notable harm. At the same time the problem of destruction of waste reaches inconceivable scales. There is a vicious circle: the worsened quality of the environment reduces material well-being of people, they seek to buy goods cheaper – and again everything repeats. That is why ecological marketing is very demanded now.

Many heads of the large companies realized that will incur huge losses if they do not begin to solve environmental problems therefore strategies of ecological marketing at the enterprise are developed worldwide.

Implementation methods of the concept of ecological marketing

For decrease in level of pollution of the environment ecological marketing assumes holding the next events:

  • adoption of the obligatory legislative rules ordering certain standards of use of the natural benefits;
  • besides, the concept of ecological marketing provides strict control and licensing of production of natural resources;
  • the economic incentives of producers directed to that they were interested in use of environmentally safe technologies;
  • the financing of the research sphere promoting development of new waste-free and safe technologies in which less harmful chemical compounds, production methods, etc. will be applied;
  • development of the system of economic taxes and penalties for pollution of the nature.

How ecological marketing at the enterprise is carried out?

Usually the concept of ecological marketing at the enterprise is implemented as follows:

  • choice of the ecologically safest way of production;
  • careful supervision of operation of the equipment and observance of the production technology, in need of its improvement. It allows to save considerably on energy and raw materials, the being invaluable natural resources;
  • timely scheduled repair of the equipment, especially nature protection appointment, including capital:
  • control of observance of ecological standards to avoid additional penalties from supervisory authorities, so, and additional expenses from the enterprise;
  • choice of the safest technology of recycling and constant control of their structure.
