Features of the Japanese model of management

Simple words it is possible to tell that the worker obtains certain employment securities, and it results in stability of human resources and considerably reduces routine of shots. As a result it can be considered, an additional incentive to create good collective and to increase efficiency of work.

  2. Social, cultural, historical and national peculiarities of the country are considered. In the Japanese model there is a huge number of specific and original elements which are absent at other countries.
  3. There is no rigid structure of management and personal responsibility.

In this country the system of a lifelong loan is used. But the most important, in the Japanese model of personnel management not of the person select for a certain work, and study traits of character and possibilities of future worker and come to a conclusion what position he can hold, that is, select a position under the worker, and not vice versa. The collectivism where each worker has a call of duty before others is not less important in corporate policy.
