What negative sides of ambition

The researches conducted in a number of the western countries by scientists-sociologists and psychologists showed that people in whom the ambition is inherent achieve success more often, earn in comparison with the people who are not setting before themselves the high purposes more but also more often badly feel, test psychological tension, are depressed. The aspiration to achieve success, by all means, quite often is wrapped in problems in communication with other people.

At ambitious people "the excellent student's syndrome" which can lead to constant fear to appear not at height, to make a mistake, and as a result – to the increased irritability, nervousness also quite often develops.

The ambition sometimes leads to the paradoxical, apparently, phenomenon: the person who achieved popularity, promoted is indifferent to the success, and sometimes even asks a question: "Why it was necessary? For what forces were spent?" But a paradox this only seeming. The fact is that if the way to success was too long and heavy, the person can just "fuse", feel morally devastated, tired. As a result to it it will be uninteresting to be engaged in own business. Besides, excessive focus on achievement of success can lead to the fact that the person will have neither family life, nor the relations with friends, colleagues. Therefore it is necessary to remember that everything is good moderately. This universal rule concerns also ambitious people.
