One of stages of development of the child is introduction of a feeding up. It allows to accustom the kid to "adult" food gradually. Of course, at first breast milk and (or) dairy mix remains the main food, but over time them will already be insufficiently for saturation and receiving all substances necessary for an organism. In a feeding up the main thing is correct to determine terms when the child is ready to new food and as it is better to enter it.

Instruction

1. Define that your child is ready to introduction of a feeding up. WHO recommends to drive "adult" food in the child's diet not earlier than 6 months, but these terms are conditional. Each kid is individual. There is a number of factors which will help you to judge its readiness for a feeding up. The child has to reach 4-month age, double the weight from the birth, will learn to sit. It is important that there was no pushing-out language reflex, and the kid had interest in food.

2. Choose what to begin a feeding up with. As a rule, begin with vegetables, such as squash, cauliflower and broccoli. They contain many vitamins, are low allergy and are easily acquired that it is so good for even undeveloped the child's GIT. If the kid has a low weight, then recommend to begin with more nutritious porridges (rice, buckwheat, corn), but they can cause locks or allergies therefore be careful.

3. Make the plan of introduction a feeding up. Begin with one teaspoon, increasing every day a dose twice until it reaches 100 grams. Further the dose increases in proportion to needs of the kid. Products are entered serially, and every time from the minimum dose. It will allow to avoid complications in the form of an allergy, a lock, a diarrhea and other violations of work of a GIT. At the same time you can finish feeding the kid already entered food or breast milk (mix). It is better to give new products in the morning in time to diagnose a possible allergy and will ask for medical care.

4. Enter vegetables. After the child already eats a squash, a cauliflower and broccoli, can cook from them mixed vegetables and also try to offer carrot, potatoes, onions, etc. Consider that other vegetables allergens or are heavy for a GIT.

5. Start introduction of nonmilk porridges. If vegetables are already entered, then can move them for lunch, and for breakfast to give porridges, since 1 spoon and bringing to 100 grams. Along with it increase drink volume to avoid risk of locks. You do not hurry to offer the kid milk porridges, they are advised to give not earlier than 8 months.

6. In parallel with introduction of vegetables and porridges it is possible to offer the child as a dessert fruit purees.

7. Enter meat of a rabbit, turkey or low-fat beef in 7-8 months. These types of meat least allergens are also very useful to the growing organism. If from this food of the kid turns back, feels sick, vomiting is observed, then it is probably better to postpone it a GIT so far is not rather developed for digestion of so difficult products.

8. Add in 7 months to the child's diet an egg yolk. The initial dose makes a half quail or a quarter of a chicken yolk. Then it is possible to increase quantity twice, but it is no more. Egg white can be eaten not earlier than a year in a type of its high allergenicity.

9. Begin to give cottage cheese in 7 months, and kefir and natural yogurt – in 8 months. After introduction you can transfer them to a dinner.
