The woman even during incubation of the child always remains a woman and therefore it is forced to do household chores. If not to avoid household efforts, it is necessary to try to do it most correctly and safely.

The most important that all actions were safe, and did not affect health of the woman in any way, and, therefore, and health of the child.

If the cleaning or other classes concerning a household is necessary to you open windows that in operating time of a muscle could be saturated adequately with oxygen, and you had not to suffer from short wind.

Perform work slowly, avoiding sharp movements, quietly and measuredly – it is not necessary to hurry anywhere. It will provide not only good health, but also will allow to avoid risk of getting injured.

Try to use a support for legs or a ladder instead of lasting up, trying to dust, for example, on the top shelves. Do not create additional load of the back muscles supporting a backbone, during pregnancy it is made to anything. Any awkward or unsuccessful movement can lead to injuries which can significantly complicate the incubation period.

To avoid unilateral loading try to do all household chores by two hands that load of them was uniform, but not unilateral.

If there was a need to move any subject – keep it not at arm's length, and is closer to a stomach not to displace the center of gravity of a body and not to be overstrained lumbar and back muscles. And in general from movement of objects, especially heavy or volume, it is desirable to refrain. 

Lifting any subject from a floor, do not bend at all, and sit down or bend a few knees. The back surely has to remain equal. It is necessary to rise slowly, without sharp movements, only this way possibly to avoid an unnecessary overstrain of a back and a waist. 

If you have to work in one pose during some time – place legs as it is possible more widely – so body weight will be distributed evenly and will not create excessive loads of muscles.

Surely arrange a small break at least once in half an hour. Muscles should not be in constant tension. It is possible to lie down for a while to provide good blood circulation.

In the presence of any painful feelings in a waist try to make a small extension. For this purpose it is enough to rise on all fours and to curve a back as it is done by cats.

Conforming to these simple rules, the woman will significantly reduce risk of threat as for the health, and health of future posterity, and the period of incubation will pass without complications.
