But what to do to families which nevertheless have no children? It is simple to adopt. Of course, it is heavy responsibility, but you will be able to present to the kid full-fledged family, love and caress. Most often couples are wished to be taken on education of the child about one year. So small age of the child allows the woman to feel in a full measure as mother. And the kid remembers nothing from the antecedents.
Instruction
1. Address to tutorship and guardianship authorities in the place of residence and submit the application. You have to discuss all issues with the expert: age of the child, external data, his habits and features of behavior.
2. Tell about the financial position, health, a possibility of adoption. Will ask you questions concerning the consent of your spouse (-gi) and other persons who are in common living with you. The expert will estimate your psychological readiness for such step. You will be given the list of documents which you will have to bring.
3. Provide the following list of documents: - reference with the indication of a position and the salary or the copy of the income statement; - short biography; - the reference of law enforcement agencies confirming lack of criminal record and offenses; - an extract of their house register about residences or the document confirming the property right to premises; - the copy of financial personal account and the marriage certficate (if you are married); - medical certificate about state of your health.
4. Within 7 days the tutorship and guardianship authorities check reliability of the provided papers and living conditions. If everything suits them, then you are put on a waiting list. Further there is a selection of candidates for the residence.
5. As soon as in the database there is a child suitable under requirements you will invite to a meeting. Will show the photo, will tell about the kid. If he is pleasant to you, then will organize a meeting with it. Otherwise it is necessary to wait further.
6. Appeal to court at the place of residence or findings of the child with a request for adoption. Enclose a number of documents on yourself to the application (above-mentioned) and about the kid. The court considers a request within 2 months, conducts the hearing of the case and makes the decision.
7. With the judgment and documents of the child address in the REGISTRY OFFICE for its registration.
