1. Making the decision to adopt the child or to issue guardianship, consider that you will need to collect and present the package of documents to tutorship and guardianship authorities. It includes: statement; autobiography; the copy of the income statement or the reference from the employer with the indication of the salary and a position; the copy of the marriage certficate (if you in it consist); certificate of lack of criminal record; the document confirming your property right to the apartment, premises; extract from the house register (copy of personal account). Also consent to reception of the child of full age family members issued in writing, taking into account opinion of the children living with you who reached 10-year age is required. Domestic conditions in which the child will live have to be surveyed, and the relevant statement is drawn up. Also you need to undergo medical examination. 2. Within fifteen days from the date of submission of the statement and the full package of documents the tutorship and guardianship authorities will make the decision on adoption or guardianship. Keep in mind that after adoption the state does not render any help to parents. At guardianship registration monthly on keeping of the child the grant will be paid. Its size is established in each region. Also to you it will be helped in the organization of rest, training and treatment of the child. Tutorship and guardianship authorities are regularly obliged to control conditions of education, education and keeping of the kid.
3. Consider that and is more senior than the child of ten years it is possible to adopt only from his consent. In this case the final decision is made by court. For adopted the medical certificate has to be issued. In it all diseases will be specified, recommendations about their further treatment and keeping of the kid are made.
