Babies have an unstable immune system therefore various substances from food and the environment provoke allergic reaction. The allergy at babies is most often shown in the form of changes on skin and mucous.
Instruction
1. At the child who is on natural feeding, those substances which his mom eats can cause allergies. Therefore the feeding women cannot use chocolate, fruit of red and orange colors, nuts, shrimps, etc. Any feeding up can cause allergies therefore it should be entered gradually to track reaction of an organism to this product. At hit of allergen from maternal milk or a feeding up in intestines, it is soaked up in blood and carried on all organism.
2. Skin is most sensitive to allergen. In response to allergic substances skin becomes covered by rash which can be shown on all body or only in some places. More often allergic rashes at the child develop on cheeks, buttocks, shins and in places of natural folds – on elbow bends, a neck, inguinal area. Seldom allergic rashes develop at the baby on auricles or palms. Differential distinctive sign from a potnitsa is the symmetry of arrangement of allergic rash. At a potnitsa the side on which the kid, or only area of a neck slept is surprised more often.
3. Allergic reaction can be shown by rashes of different caliber, in hard cases the rash merges in large bubbles. Small rash quickly bursts and skin has the shelled appearance. At an allergy the integument becomes dry to the touch, inelastic. New podsypaniye on such skin conduct to microcracks, epidermis is easily injured, when combing capillary blood appears. At the large merged rash "the becoming wet surface" sometimes is observed. Process of its healing takes place is long and demands thorough leaving.
4. Contents of bubbles at allergic rashes - serous, i.e. transparent. At the wrong leaving or combing of skin the accession of an infection, for example – staphylococcus or a streptococcus is possible. In this case liquid of a bubble becomes muddy, sometimes - yellowish. At suppuration the process of healing is at a loss.
5. At local rash the struck area will be hyperemic, that is cheeks or buttocks will redden. If rash is poured on all body – heat-spots with contents, and around them a red aura are observed. Allergic manifestations are always followed by an itch therefore the kid is capricious, sleeps badly.
6. Often the allergy can be localized on mucous – lips, a lower eyelid are surprised, girls have vulvar lips. The allergy in these parts is shown by melkotochechny rash which is followed by a severe itch.
7. Sometimes babies have a contact allergy which is characterized by appearance of fine-grained rashes in places of contact with an irritant, for example, in a crotch - when using improper pampers. Rash on all body and after use of new children's soap can be shown, sometimes skin of the kid does not suit a certain structure of fabric of clothes.
8. In cases when allergen is not excluded from objects of leaving, food of the kid or the nursing mother, manifestation of an allergy become more expressed and poured. At an exception of the foodstuff containing allergic substances it is possible again to try to enter it in several months when the immune system of the kid gets stronger.
