During pregnancy future mom needs to draw close attention to the diet. Food has to be balanced and full, the health of the woman and health of the kid depends on it.

Dried fruits are very useful: prunes, dried apricots, raisin, fig. Exclude sauces, semi-finished products, fast food, alcohol and canned food.

The healthy nutrition will help to prevent emergence of various complications and as much as possible will facilitate manifestations of toxicosis and other temporary indispositions.

At toxicosis eat more often, small portions of 5-6 times a day, and it is better to have a bite sweet-sour fruit. Do not forget to drink enough liquid, dehydration only strengthens nausea.

Try that your stomach did not remain long empty, otherwise sugar level in blood will go down that can also make sick. You carry with yourself crackers or nutlets for having a snack.

Pregnant women often suffer from heartburn. Drink kissel, it envelops walls of a stomach and facilitates health. Exclude from the menu all sour vegetables and fruit, coffee, carbonated drinks, fried and marinated food and also fermented milk products, except cheese of firm grades. At heartburn do not refuse fruit and vegetables, just eat them in the baked or boiled look.

Because of deficiency gland at the pregnant woman can develop anemia. Enter into a daily diet carrots, beef, beet, buckwheat, bananas, apples and bilberry.

In the last trimester the liver and kidneys of future mom experience big strain therefore limit consumption of greasy food, sugar and confectionery. 

In case of lack of contraindications and if pregnancy takes place without special complications, future mom can eat any products in reasonable quantity. The main taboo is an alcohol, do not risk in vain health of the kid.
