1. Plasticine is applied on a lid from sour cream or mayonnaise. It is possible to carry out a hand-made article and on other basis. But for kids this lid is optimum: the child is not tired of putting plasticine. If the surface is too big, small child will lose interest in monotonous action and will be disconnected from process. Let color of plasticine will be chosen by the child. It is the most useful that mom kneaded it and gave to the kid balls that it smeared on a lid. You should not do a plasticine layer too thin therefore there will quite be enough children's force for its uniform distribution on all surface.
2. The needle or any other thin subject (a corner of the simple screw-driver, for example) draw a contour of a simple figure: square, circle or star. At once it is possible to repeat geometrical figures. If mom is able to draw a little, and the child already grew up, then it is useful to execute also more difficult pattern – a swan, for example.
3. In a contour on plasticine grain is pasted. Has no basic value what: buckwheat, rice, peas, lentil or other. It is desirable to give the free choice to the kid in this question. If it still very small, mom can spread grain where it is necessary, and the child will press it into plasticine. For the best development of fine motor skills it is desirable that the child took grain on one feature and pressed it one finger, but not a palm or a fist. Fingers can be alternated that they were not tired (especially if a hand-made article from spicy buckwheat).
4. The background which remained free also gives all the best grain. The option when the background remains and so is possible. But usually children like process of gluing of buckwheat or rice therefore they with pleasure continue to do it. Absolutely kids even do not need a figure contour at all. They can just press grain on plasticine.
