The school is the world of new knowledge and abilities which development demands from the child of considerable efforts and endurance. Visit of school is included into a duty of any child of school age. For the admission of classes there have to be good reasons.
The first time in the first class
If to mean transfer in the first class, the child can not go to school if it did not reach a certain readiness. Middle age for receipt in elementary school is 6.5 - 7. However, according to psychological researches, not all children at this age are ready to the new mode.
To define physical and psychological readiness of the child for school the commission of experts can help: pediatrician, psychologist, logopedist, neurologist, etc. It is necessary to make special psychological tests and observation of the child. In case it is about not created readiness, it is possible to use methods of psychological correction or just to wait year.
Reasons for the admission of classes
The disease of the pupil is considered a common cause of the admission of school lessons. Parents are obliged no later than 3 hours from the moment of the beginning of classes to report to the class teacher about a disease of the child and on recovery to submit the corresponding reference from policlinic. To do not miss assimilation of a new training material at a prolonged disease, it is necessary to take care of home lessons. You watch health of the child. At high temperature and a strong indisposition it is better to forget about house classes to an absolute recovery. If consequences of a disease or a trauma somehow negatively affected an opportunity to study at ordinary school, the child according to the written decision of the medical commission has to be transferred to home schooling or training at special (correctional) school. When obtaining disability, it is recommended to be issued properly, having filed necessary documents to bodies of the medico-social examination (MSE). It is allowed not to attend school at adverse weather conditions. For younger school students as an occasion to stay at home the severe snowstorm (can serve at a speed of wind more than 5 m/s in the winter) and air temperature is lower than 26 degrees. For pupils of 5-11 classes: temperature is lower than 30 degrees. The decision on cancellation of classes in a certain region is made by regional administration, and schools notify on it pupils and parents by placement of the corresponding announcement not later than two days before the alleged onset of cold weather. Sometimes happens that the holiday of parents does not coincide with a school break. To have a rest all family, parents are obliged to notify on similar desire the management of school in advance and to write the application for granting extraordinary vacation to the pupil with the indication of terms. All responsibility on educational process falls on parents therefore it is recommended during rest though occasionally to look in textbooks. Classes at school are unambiguously cancelled at emergence of natural disasters (a flood, etc.). It is possible to resume educational process after a while when the danger passes. If the schoolhouse was destroyed by elements, pupils have to be distributed on other schools if those are available. The redistribution option is also applied in cases when the schoolhouse is subject to demolition or long ago was not under repair (the wear of a design is more than 80%).
